Those desiring fine French cuisine can dine at Guy Savoy. Guy Savoy offers an early bird New Year’s Eve menu for $400 and a New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day menu for $600. Nobu features an omakase menu for $300, while the New York-based steakhouse Old Homestead offers a five-course menu for $175. Fulfill that Southwestern craving at Mesa Grill, offering a menu for $135 per person.

Located just across the street at The Cromwell, Giada offers fine Italian dining, center Strip. With three designated seating times starting at 5:30 p.m., enjoy a pre-fixe menu including antipasti selections, braised Wagyu short rib with barolo reduction and crispy confit potatoes, chocolate tettuccini with pancetta and peas, spaghetti with champagne and caviar, among additional items. Dine at Rio and head to VooDoo Steakhouse, offering much more than a fine dining experience. Entertainment

Ring in 2015 in style by watching big names perform on the Las Vegas Strip.

For all you Britney Spears fans, end 2014 with a bang and see her live at Planet Hollywood. Her New Year’s Eve concert includes mesmerizing special effects, light shows and top-notch choreography that’ll get you in full-on party mode. Tickets start at $114 and show starts at 9 p.m. 

 

Nightlife

Margaritaville at Flamingo offers multiple New Year’s Eve packages. Enjoy a three-hour open bar and hors d’ oeuvres, live music, access to dance floor, views of the fireworks and champagne toast at midnight. Prices range from $150 - $250, offering street, second floor patio or third floor patio views of fireworks.

VooDoo Lounge's NYE party at the Rio is $125, or $250 with open bar option. Enjoy a fabulous fireworks show, 51 stories high. Go all out and choose from 10 different table packages ranging from $600 - $10,000. Doors open at 8 p.m. on a first-come, first-served basis.

Celebrate the start of 2015 at Liaison Nightclub inside Bally's Las Vegas. Hosted by Haus of Edwards, party like its 1947 and ring in the new year in style and glamour at the first gay nightclub on the Las vegas Strip. General Admission includes hosted bar from 9p-12:30a. At Chateau Rooftop Nightclub inside Paris Las Vegas, general admission is $99 and includes a 3-hour premium open bar package and a champagne toast at midnight.
