The four-day Las Vegas festival offers a rare chance for food lovers to interact and rub shoulders with their favorite big-named chefs. This year’s program will be hosted by Bobby Flay, Giada De Laurentiis, Guy Savoy, Nobu Matsuhisa, Francois Payard, Frank Pellegrino, Jr. and other celebrity chefs.

The after party will be held at the newly opened FIZZ Las Vegas, where guests can indulge with the best of champagnes and mingle with celebrity chefs, all while enjoying photography from the private collection of the lounge’s creative director David Furnish and Sir Elton John.

Born in Japan, Chef Nobu cultivated his unique style of fusion artistry with influences from his travels to Peru, Argentina, Alaska and California. In 1987, Chef Nobu opened his first U.S. restaurant, Matsuhisa, in Beverly Hills, which quickly became popular due to a dedication to the highest quality and finest ingredients from around the world. Chef Nobu partnered with Robert De Niro and Meir Teper to open Nobu Restaurant in Las Vegas, his largest location in the world.

François Payard, a third generation French pastry chef from Nice, France, cultivated his passion for the art of pastry in his grandfather's acclaimed shop on the French Riviera. In 1997, he realized his dream of opening his own restaurant in New York. Branches of Payard have since opened at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, in Japan, and Korea. Chef Payard is the recipient of top awards including The James Beard Foundation's Pastry Chef of the Year and the Dom Pérignon Award of Excellence 2010.

Frankie, as he is known to Rao's regulars, grew up helping his father at his family's restaurant. Chef Pellegrino opened Rao's at Caesars Palace in 2006, and has since brought the same Southern Italian fare and sense of family formerly possessed at the original Rao's. He can be found greeting guests, floating from table to table, and ensuring that the Las Vegas restaurant experience is as familiar and inviting as in New York.

Chef Guy Savoy grew up in Bourgoin-Jallieu, surrounded by a culinary culture where exceptional seasonal ingredients were a part of everyday life. He worked at several Michelin-starred restaurants in and around Paris before he opened his own restaurant in Paris, where he won his first Michelin star only one year later. Savoy has been honored with an entry into the prestigious Larousse Encyclopedia and received the Legion d'Honneur, France's highest honor. In 2002, his French colleagues paid their highest tribute by naming him Chef of the Year.

Scottish by birth, Gordon Ramsay was brought up in Stratford Avon, England. Now internationally renowned, Ramsay has opened a string of successful restaurants across the globe, from Italy to the United States and holds nine Michelin stars. The group continues to grow with two ventures in Doha, Qatar opened in 2012; a total of three restaurants in Las Vegas with Gordon Ramsay Steak at Paris, GR Pub and Grill at Caesars Palace and GR BurGR at Planet Hollywood; and the imminent opening of Union Street Café in London’s borough market.

Bobby discovered his culinary identity at the age of 17, working as a cook at the famed theatre district haunt, Joe Allen’s. Joe became so impressed by Bobby’s talents that he paid the young cook’s tuition to The French Culinary Institute. Chef Flay first discovered the sweet heat of Southwestern ingredients while working with Jonathan Waxman at Buds and Jams. Eventually he would catch the attention of Jerome Kretchmer, who offered the 25-year old Bobby Flay an opportunity to create his own sensation at Mesa Grill, which opened in 1991. Bobby has gone on to open a variety of restaurants including Bolo, Mesa Grill at Caesars Palace and The Cove in Atlantis, Bar Americain, Bobby Flay Steak, and Bobby’s Burger Palace (BBP).
